ABOUT THE ROLE The SEO Content Manager is the architect of our organic growth. You will plan, manage, and create content that dominates traditional search and the new frontier of AI-driven discovery. Working closely with SEO and Growth teams, you’ll translate strategy into scalable, high-performing content that drives visibility and revenue.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and manage the SEO and AI content roadmap across all LoadUp web properties.

• Hybrid Content Production: Create high-impact content yourself while overseeing a team of writers, freelancers, and AI-assisted workflows.

• Search Optimization: Ensure all content is engineered for traditional rankings and AI search relevance, focusing on user intent and authority.

• Technical On-Page: Implement internal linking strategies and utilize HTML/Schema to strengthen domain performance.

• Performance Analysis: Track and report on content ROI, identifying opportunities to optimize existing assets to maintain traffic.

• Collaborative Growth: Partner with Web and Marketing teams to align content with keyword targets and aggressive market expansion.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience: 5+ years in SEO content strategy; proven success managing production at scale.

• SEO Toolkit: Expert proficiency in Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

• Editorial Excellence: Superior writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for quality and brand consistency.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML, schema markup, and tagging to maximize search performance.

• Management Grit: Experience managing internal contributors or external freelancers in a fast-paced environment.
