OUR CORE BELIEFS
At LoadUp, we exist to glorify God by pursuing excellence in all we do. We aren't looking for perfection; we are looking for a commitment to continual improvement and high integrity.
Live in Truth – You call the data like it is. No "vanity metrics" here—just the honest numbers that help us win.
Action Over Words – You don’t just build a dashboard; you provide the actionable insight that tells us exactly what to do next.
Right Shell – You help us right-size our marketing spend by identifying exactly where our acquisition engine is most efficient.
Own It – You take full responsibility for data accuracy, ensuring leadership can make high-stakes decisions with total confidence.
ABOUT THE ROLE The Marketing Data Analyst is the architect of our growth insights. You will build and maintain the reporting infrastructure that evaluates our funnel performance and marketing spend across all channels. Partnering closely with RevOps and Marketing leadership, you’ll uncover trends, evaluate attribution, and build the forecasting models that allow us to scale with precision.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Build the Foundation: Design and maintain reporting infrastructure and automated dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key growth metrics.
Funnel Optimization: Analyze the full customer journey to identify drop-offs and conversion opportunities, improving overall acquisition efficiency.
Strategic Partnership: Work with RevOps to solve the "attribution puzzle" and provide clear insights into channel and regional performance.
Forecasting & Planning: Develop models to support growth planning and guide our future marketing investment decisions.
Experimentation Support: Measure the impact of marketing tests and translate complex datasets into clear, boardroom-ready recommendations.
Data Integrity: Ensure total accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems—being the "Single Source of Truth" for the team.
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience: 4+ years in marketing, growth, or business analytics. You’ve been in the trenches of high-growth performance reporting.
Analytical Power: A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Analytics, Data Science, Econ, etc.) and a deep understanding of funnel analysis and attribution modeling.
Technical Stack: Proficiency with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. Experience with SQL and data warehouses is a major plus.
Communication: The rare ability to take complex math and turn it into a clear, persuasive story for non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-Oriented: A "measure twice, cut once" mentality when it comes to data accuracy and problem-solving.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Competitive Compensation – A salary that rewards your ability to drive smarter growth.
401(k) with 5% Company Match – We’re invested in your long-term success.
Comprehensive Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, FSA, and HSA options.
Monthly Lifestyle Stipends – Support for the things that make your daily life easier.
