ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a strategic, detail-oriented marketing automation expert to scale and optimize our systems. As Marketing Automation & Operations Lead, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing the user journey across channels — designing smarter workflows, boosting performance, and ensuring every customer touchpoint is seamless and impactful.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Design and launch campaigns — emails, nurture tracks, and lifecycle journeys that engage and convert.
• Build and refine workflows to deliver the right message at the right time to the right audience.
• Manage core systems — forms, segmentation, lead scoring, and routing — for efficiency and accuracy.
• Map customer touchpoints to identify gaps and elevate performance across the journey.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align triggers, messaging, and timing throughout the funnel.
• Document processes to ensure visibility, scalability, and team continuity.
• Analyze funnel data to pinpoint drop-offs and implement solutions that improve conversion.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track performance, surface insights, and drive better results.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Experience & Education – 3-5 years in marketing automation and campaign performance with a strong track record in email marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required; MBA a plus.
• Technical Expertise – Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (and other automation platforms), with hands-on skills in lead scoring, forms, and data integrations. Skilled in GA4, Excel, and analytics tools for reporting and performance tracking.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking – Ability to use data to uncover insights, improve funnel performance, and design scalable, full-funnel solutions that drive measurable results.
• Communication & Collaboration – Clear written and verbal communicator with a documented, organized approach to sharing work and working cross-functionally.
• Customer-Focused Mindset – Passion for building workflows and journeys that feel timely, personal, and engaging while continuously improving the customer experience.
