POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing to drive LoadUp's digital growth across SEO, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising. You'll lead and develop a team of marketers while rolling up your sleeves to get things done. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on thinking big picture and executing high-impact marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, engage customers, and drive meaningful sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing and Leadership
- Own and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy across SEO, content, paid media, and social platforms to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration across departments.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, from AI tools to evolving consumer behaviors, to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.
- Drive SEO strategy and execution, including technical audits, on-page optimization, and content planning that aligns with business goals.
- Regularly audit website performance and partner with developers to resolve technical SEO issues, such as site speed and web vitals.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to identify opportunities and measure success.
Content Marketing
- Own the creation and optimization of high-impact content, including blogs, landing pages, guides, and other digital assets that drive traffic and conversions.
- Develop content guidelines to ensure a consistent brand voice, style, and alignment with SEO best practices across all channels.
- Collaborate with marketers and agency partners to produce engaging, conversion-focused content that connects with target audiences.
Paid and Organic Media
- Oversee paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms in partnership with internal teams and agency partners to drive scalable growth.
- Lead the organic social media strategy, including content planning, execution, and performance analysis across key channels.
- Continuously optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to hit growth and ROI targets.
- Stay ahead of evolving social media trends and platform changes to maximize reach, engagement, and performance.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Define clear digital marketing KPIs and hold the team accountable for performance and results.
- Deliver regular reporting to leadership, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, driving continuous testing, learning, and data-backed optimization.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience with deep expertise in SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- In-depth technical SEO knowledge, including site architecture, structured data, and performance optimization.
- Proficient with tools and platforms like Monday.com, HubSpot, WordPress, HTML/CSS, and digital design tools.
- Strong analytical mindset, with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other performance tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Effective leader and communicator, known for mentoring and inspiring teams.
