POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a valuable member of our Sales Team in Atlanta, Georgia. We are looking for someone who can guide our customer prospects through the sales cycle, which often includes multiple contact points and methods. You will be responsible for establishing the customer relationship, educating customers about our services, setting expectations, closing the order by scheduling the services, and educating the customer with what to expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and pricing catalog
- Provide exceptional customer service to every prospect and customer
- Adhere to processes defined by LoadUp including but not limited to using scripts, maintaining accurate record of leads and sales in CRM
- Master LoadUp’s internal software to manage order information and monitor driver activity
- Facilitate the customer through the sales process and collaborate with Support Operations to ensure all orders are scheduled and assigned
- Field incoming calls, chats, and texts from prospects and customers
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and texts
Qualifications:
- Ability to receive a high volume of inbound/outbound calls (80-100 per day)
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally via chat, email, phone, and texting to customers and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple communication platforms at once with accuracy and efficiency
- Beginner to intermediate level of experience using CRM software systems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to open or close a weekday
- Ability to track sales leads, monitor progress, and update CRM systems with accurate records
- Ability to negotiate terms and pricing, address objections with rebuttals and close deals
- Work in collaboration with sales coordinators that provide leads, deals being assigned and marketing team
